 General Raiding Rules
Ok here are the rules by which we raid.
First and foremost listen to the raid leader.
Having the in game voice working is a must. You don't have to talk its just so you can listen to the Raid Leader Explain.
Try not to talk over the raid leader and please no unannounced AFK's especially if raid leader is explaining a fight.
Everybody should bring basic raiding equipment.
2+ Glorious hope tokens
2+ Brilliant hope tokens
10+ Pure healing Draughts
Its really not fair on others if you don't bring your own

Loot Rules.
In addition to this I would like to set some clear Loot Rules.
- When in Raid, Master Looter (or whatever it's called where one get's all the stuff and ppl need to /roll to get it) should be set for "ze good stuffz".
- When you win a blue item or gem, you're not allowed to enter for other blue items and/or gems during that Raid. This is to keep things fair for the others. If you want to trade later on then you deal with the person you're willing to trade with AFTER the Raid. If it's no, it's no. Stop whining, you've got a nice item already and you just got screwed cus he's got the better one. Live with it.

HEARD CK, m8.
You shouldnt be whining in the first place about winning or losing a blue item, cos thats not why we are raiding, or at least iam not.
Iam there to have a good time and now and then to have fun with new people on raids, not because of stupid blue items, which also will be there again when locks resets.
And guys dont whine or start off an argument under the raid over a bloody stuoid item, it is hard enough for the raid leader/s to keep up with 12 players as it is from start, so they dont need this extra whining over item drops!!!!
Sincerly Ilragorn ;)

As an addition to this (and what we talked about last night):
- ppl who sign up for Raid or are in the continued effort to clear the Rift should be present *AT LEAST* 15 minutes prior to time set by Raidleader
- ppl who don't show up in time for 3 times should be expelled from joining any Raid (I'd even say kick from kin but I guess that's a bit too harsh
- if you can't make it, let Raidleader know via IMS, mail or forum that you can't make it, at least 2 hours prior to start of Raid
- if ppl aren't online 15 minutes prior to start, the Raid gets cancelled, making everybody pissed off and dissappointed (and trust me, you don't want a pissed off elf in a dress knocking on your door;))

Blue items and gems are generally the best in the game. Therefor, rolling on them when you already have one is considered unfair towards the rest of the group.
Hold your horses and do another raid to get that other item. You might even get lucky

And if, for example, there is a blue item in a chest and nobody actually needs it so it will just be given to 1 teammember. Can he roll on a gem or another blue item then?

Why do I have the feeling that if I answer this, you'll have another weird example for me? ;)
I guess it depends on the item. Some items can be sold for mucho cash on AH. If you grab an expensive item, you should be excluded. If you grab a more common item, you should be able to still roll for a gem/other blue item.
However, I do think that this point should be more a raidleader decision to take. It all depends on how the raid goes.
I've had raids where I didn't win any roll. I'm positive that there are others who have had a similar experience. In such cases, I think a raidleader should be able to acknowledge that and pass the blue item to that person while not excluding him/her for future rolls.
Ofcourse that does mean that the raidleader should look at every roll done on any item found and keep track, or rely on the honesty and decency of his group. Both very tricky tasks.

Why DO you have the feeling that I would have another weird example? If you look deep inside yourself you might find the answer. Just Relax, turn of your mind and let Flodo give you a Thai massage, that should do the trick
Anyway, thnx for the answer CK *little kiss on the cheek*
